We do our best to ensure the highest care is taken when pulling and packing your online order, but please let us know if you are not happy with the state of your shipment upon arrival or have any issues with a product you have purchased from us.
Please note - some items may be considered 'final sale' (if they are part of a sale or of a personal nature) but we will still do our best to fix any issues you may have!
